Andres Angelani

Andres Angelani joins 3Pillar as President & Chief Executive Officer, bringing more than twenty-five years of leadership at the forefront of technology services and product engineering. Throughout his career he has been recognized as a growth-first leader who builds high-performing organizations, pioneers AI-powered delivery models, and builds deep co-innovation partnerships with global enterprises.

Most recently, Andres served as CEO of Wizeline. Prior to that, he served as CEO of Softvision, where he orchestrated the firm’s rapid global expansion and high-growth trajectory. Under his leadership, Softvision became a premier digital engineering powerhouse known for its unique culture and collaborative studio model. He successfully led the company through its acquisition by Cognizant and subsequently led Cognizant’s multi-billion dollar Digital Engineering practice globally, integrating agile methodologies across a massive organizational footprint and scaling the business to serve the world’s largest enterprises.

This track record of scaling innovation began with his foundational role as a founding member of Globant, where he was instrumental in its journey from a startup to a successful NYSE IPO. His portfolio also includes a pioneering venture with Electronic Arts, where he founded and scaled the first external studio in the EA network in Buenos Aires — a studio critical to the co-development of FIFA, the world’s leading soccer video game franchise, and one that successfully navigated the complex technical transition of AAA gaming into the online era.

Across his career, Andres has built a truly global operational footprint, scaling software development centers across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.

His insights on performance and growth culture are captured in his two award-winning books, The Never Ending Digital Journey and Transforming While Performing, both recognized as blueprints for harnessing inclusive team dynamics and product engineering as drivers of organizational growth. These contributions have been recognized through multiple HITEC 100 awards, and he has been named an influential leader by Crain’s New York Business.

A citizen of the United States, Italy, and Argentina, he brings a multicultural lens to his leadership that is mirrored in his personal pursuits. He is a lifelong classical pianist who views the harmony and technical precision of music as a direct parallel to the discipline required to lead high-performing global teams. In addition to his dedication to music, he is an avid runner and a committed student of the Italian language. He resides in New York with his wife of twenty-four years, Laura, and their four children.
